The minimum ethanol-selling price would be $2.39 gal for 80,000 scale and $2.08 gal for 400,000 scale with a maximum dry seaweed price of $64.6 and $91.3 per ton, respectively. Further studies are necessary to optimize process conditions, and it is suggested that cost-effective large-scale seaweed cultivation is key to the success of macroalgae-based biofuel production ( Fasahati et al., 2015 ).

Ethanol fuel is ethyl alcohol, the same type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages, used as fuel.It is most often used as a motor fuel, mainly as a biofuel additive for gasoline. The first production car running entirely on ethanol was the Fiat 147, introduced in 1978 in Brazil by Fiat.Ethanol is commonly made from biomass such as corn or sugarcane.

Reduced exhaust emissions from diesel-fueled power plant in cruise ship at seaport in Mississippi. Eliminated 35 metric tons of fuel per ship call; total of 1,400 tons per cruise season; estimated seasonal reductions of 7.7 tons of particulate matter and 203 tons of SOx. The model postulated a 2012 minimum ethanol selling price of $2.15/gal (2007 dollar basis) for a 2,205 ton/day plant. Numerous other examples of techno-economic models for production of cellulosic ethanol exist, with published methodology presented in less detail than in the NREL design cases.
29/01/2019 · Heating for 70,000 square meters. heating buildings include factory, office and house, which are the most consulted. But there are differences between factory building and office or residential in heating cost.Under the same area, factory builds need a bigger heating boiler to supply heat and required more energy consumption due to the heat loss of factory is larger.
01/07/2014 · The sources of variation are ethanol wholesale price, ethanol yield (liters of ethanol per dry ton of feedstock), CAPEX and enzyme cost. Ethanol selling price distribution was adjusted following a Weibull distribution, using the distribution fit modules of @RISK software (500 iterations for all cases).
